White Peony is the White Tea that we use in our White Rose Tea.  White Peony is the second finest Chinese white tea, after Silver Needle Tea. It isn’t simple to grow, each silvery bud is plucked from the Da Bai or Narcissus tea bush, and once the tiny leaves begin to open, you’ve got just 48-hours to pick the crop. Harvest too late and you lose that subtle elegance, the light floral touch that makes White Peony so renowned. It’s a fruity, refreshing tea, although some bushes do produce a darker, nuttier yield. High levels of antioxidants and polyphenols make White Peony a real immune booster.
